Tomato: Indigo Pear Drops
Approximately 8 Seeds
Between 600 and 1,000 fruits per plant under ideal growing conditions!
The Indigo Pear Drops tomato is a pretty cocktail tomato with small, pear-shaped fruits that ripen from purple to yellow-orange. The more sun they get, the stronger becomes the purple part up to almost black. The purple colour is caused by anthocyanins, a very healthy secondary plant substance. Due to their beautiful play of colours, the small tomatoes are particularly suitable for colourful salads. They also have a very good, mild-sweet tomato taste.
